Our exchange / store credit policy lasts 30 days after the date the item was ordered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange, refund or any other type of compensation.

Please understand that since our products are print on demand we do not offer returns at this time but only exchanges or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Washed or used items will not be accepted.

To complete your complete an exchange or to receive store credit please email use at support@loworbitdesigns.com with your order information.

Once we have received your request for an exchange or store credit we will send you follow up instructions on where to send the item.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange / store credit.

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or we will send you a replacement item
